Central Saint Martin’s College of Arts and Design of University of
the Arts London is offering six MRes Art International Bursaries in UK.
The bursaries cover tuition fees for first year students only. Home/ EU
and International students are eligible for MRes funding. Students must
be undergraduate and be accepted at the full-time MRes courses at the
College for September 2013 academic year. Selection criteria for
bursaries are financial need and academic merit. Applications should be
submitted by post.
Study Subject(s): The bursaries will be offered for MRes Art in Moving Image, Exhibition Studies and Theory & Philosophy.
Course Level: This bursaries are for pursuing postgraduate degree level.

Eligibility: To be eligible for the Trask Fund MRes Art Bursaries, applicants must be:
- Entering year one of studies
- Accepted on one of the following full-time courses: MRes Art:
Exhibition Studies, MRes Art: Moving Image or MRes Art: Theory and
Philosophy at Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Design
commencing September 2013.
AND- An undergraduate student expecting
to graduate with a first or 2:1 in a Bachelors Degree (with Honors’)
from a Higher Education institution, or an HE accredited Further
Education institution by 31st July 2013.
OR – A graduate, having
already gained a first or 2:1 in a Bachelors Degree from a Higher
Education institution, or an HE accredited Further Education
institution.
OR – (for applicants without a bachelor’s degree) Able to demonstrate substantial equivalent and applicable experience
Scholarship Open for Students of Following Countries:
International, Home/ EU(Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium,
Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic,
Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland,
Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia,
Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania,
Russia, San Marino, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia (Slovak Republic),
Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City)
students can apply this bursaries.
Scholarship Description: Applicants must enrol on one of the MRes Art courses in the same academic year for which they have applied
for funding. If any applicant is unable to do this for any reason, the
Bursary will be withdrawn. The Trask Fund MRes Art Bursaries holders
will be expected to attend all timetabled classes and tutorials,
excepting periods of absence due to illness. Attendance will be
monitored, and any student with an unacceptable attendance record may
risk the termination of their Bursary. Bursary recipients are expected
to attend a small number of College and University events promoting
Bursaries support to potential donors, and to meet with Bursaries
supporters at these events, during and wherever convenient after
completing their course. The College will terminate the award if a
registration lapse on any grounds, other than temporary suspension of
study due to extenuating circumstances, which must be drawn to the
attention of the relevant course director at the college through formal
procedures and upheld by the college’s Extenuating Circumstances Panel.
Number of awards offered: Six bursaries have been established for the three MRes Art courses at Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Design.

What does it cover? The Bursaries are valued at £2,000 each and will be a contribution towards tuition fees for first year students only.

Student Funding Service Team based on the financial information
supplied in your application and ranked according to financial need.
Further evidence may be requested at a later date.All applicants will be
informed of the final decision in writing at the end of September 2013.
