Griffith University offers International Postgraduate Research
Scholarships in Australia. Applicants must have completed, or expect to
complete, a Bachelors degree with honours
equivalent to first class and be intending to enroll full-time in an
approved doctoral or research masters program. The GUIPRS may be held
for up to two years for a research masters program and up to three years
for a doctoral program. A six month extension may be granted to
doctoral students in certain circumstances. The application deadline
is 7 October.

2013 Sri Lankan Government Presidential Scholarships for Foreign Students, Sri Lanka.
Each year, Government of Sri Lanka offers 100 scholarships for
foreign students to pursue undergraduate and postgraduate degree
commencing in December 2013 in Sri Lanka. Scholarships are open for
courses of studies other than Medical & Dental Sciences. Every
student is required to undergo an HIV/AIDS test within a month after
arrival. Candidates should apply for this scholarship with the
recommendation of the government scholarship nominating agency
(Ministry/Institution) of the respective country till 15.10. 2013.
Study Subject(s): Scholarships are open for courses of studies other than Medical & Dental Sciences. Candidates can request for more than one course for securing chances to win a scholarship identifying their preferences as places are limited in some fields.

Malaysian Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan (CSFP) for Commonwealth Countries, 2013/2014.
The Malaysian Government offers Commonwealth Scholarship and
Fellowship Plan (CSFP) for the students of commonwealth countries to
study at the postgraduate level in Malaysia. The scholarship is awarded
for up to 12 to 24 months for master courses depending upon the
course and up to 3 years for PhD degree. The awards are only applicable
for candidates pursuing full-time degree programme in Malaysia. Deadline
for application is 10 September, 2013.
Study Subject(s): Field of studies is in these priority areas: science and engineering, agriculture and fisheries, economics and Islamic finance, information and communication technology, biotechnology, biosecurity and food safety, infrastructure and utility, environmental studies, health not including nursing, medicine and clinical pharmacy(Applicants may choose any related course within these field/areas).

In addition, for post-doctoral programme, the selection will be evaluated based on the number of books produced, refereed/non refereed journals, portfolio and patent copyright. The Post-Doctoral candidate must have excellent reputation in research and possesses knowledge related to the research to be carried out.
-Took one of the following English Language Proficiency Test not more than two years before the date of application. The list of tests and minimum scores required: IELTS Academic Test with a score of at least 6.5; or TOEFL paper-based test with a score of at least 580 or computer-based test with a score of at least 230 or internet-based test with a score at least 92.
-In excellent health condition and certified by a Certified Doctor/Medical Professional. The cost of medical examination is to be borne by the applicants.
-Wrote a proposal that is relevant to the needs and interests of Malaysia (research-based programme only).
-Has applied for and gained admission to postgraduate and post-doctoral studies in Malaysia (conditional letters of offer will be accepted at the time of application or has a confirmation of acceptance or affiliation with the universities in Malaysia).

tatizo hilo, Machumu amesema siyo kweli kuwa dawa hizo zinaongeza nguvu
za kiume, hali hiyo hujitokeza baada ya kuwa dawa hizo zimeua vimelea
wa maradhi hayo mwilini ikiwemo wale wa minyoo na kichocho, hivyo mwili
kuwa na nguvu mpya.
Kwa
mujibu wa Machumu katika kipindi cha mwaka jana, mpango huo ulihudumia
zaidi ya watu 850,000 sawa na asilimia 71 ya lengo la kuhudumia watu
1,205,159 kwa mkoa wa Singida.
