2.0 Entry qualification for Assistant Lecturer post
  • Master degree  in relevant field from the reputable higher learning Institution at 4.0 and above GPA
  • Holder of relevant of bachelor degree or Equivalent from reputable Higher academic Institution  ( First class, or Upper second class, with GPA 3.8 or a B+ in relevant subjects for unclassified degree.

4.0 Entry qualification for Lecturer’s post
  1. PhD degree in the relevant field with a master degree at 4.0 GPA from reputable Higher Learning Institutions registered/recognized by TCU.
4.1 The general attributes
  • Ability to design, set, administer and supervise different assessment items
  • Ability to mark student scripts and course work assessment items and provide feedback
  • Ability to prepare and deliver own teaching materials
  • Ability to carry out independent research and provide feedback
  • Ability to supervise research and other knowledge and skills development activities.

5. Terms of EmploymentSuccessful candidates will be employed on Contract terms of three (3) years however the confirmation shall be made after satisfactory completion of first year.
6. RemunerationAttractive remuneration package will be offered to successful candidates
