Zitto Zuberi Kabwe hii leo ametoa ufafanuzi wa kile kinachoongelewa na vyama vya Siasa hapa nchini juu ya kukaguliwa mahesabu ya ruzuku kama ifuatavyo:-
"Vyama vya siasa kunishambulia sio jibu la matakwa ya kisheria ya kutaka vikaguliwe. Msajili wa vyama hana taarifa za ukaguzi. Nape anapiga kelele kuwa wamekaguliwa, anafanya siasa kwenye masuala ya kisheria. Kama anazo taarifa za ukaguzi zilizokaguliwa na CAG apeleke kwa Msajili sio kupiga kelele. Mimi nafuata sheria na kanuni za Bunge zinazotaka kusimamia matumizi ya fedha za umma. Ruzuku ni fedha za umma."

kinds during the January 2014/February 2014 intakes. Scholarships are
available for international students. The programme awards

ISS Scholarship/Hardship Fund for MA Program in Development Studies, Netherlands 2014/15.
International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) is providing financial support to students through its two fund i.e. ISS Scholarship Fund for Excellent Students and ISS Hardship Fund. Both fund are open for international and dutch students for pursuing MA program in Development Studies. ISS Scholarship Fund is awarding a total of 20 scholarships covering 40% of the tuition fee while ISS Hardship Fund provides a fee discount of up to 30% of the tuition fee. For applying these scholarships, the Applicants should send in their request to the ISS student office before 15 June 2014.

IBM PhD Fellowships for International Students, 2014/15.
IBM annually awards PhD fellowships to exceptional PhD students who
have an interest in solving problems that are important to IBM and
fundamental to innovation in many academic disciplines and areas of
study. Fellowships are awarded worldwide to the students of all
nationalities. Fellows are awarded a stipend for one academic
year. Fellows are strongly encouraged to participate in at least one
internship at IBM while completing their studies. Students must be
nominated by a doctoral faculty member and enrolled full-time in a
college or university PhD program, to be eligible for the
fellowship. Application deadline is October 29, 2013.
Study Subject (s): Fellowships are awarded in those fields that are important to IBM and fundamental to innovation in many academic disciplines and areas of study. These include: computer science and engineering (including cyber security, cloud, and mobile computing), electrical and mechanical engineering, physical sciences (including chemistry, material sciences, and physics), mathematical sciences (including analytics of massive scale data with uncertainty, operations research, and optimization), public sector and business sciences (including urban policy and analytics, social technologies, learning systems and cognitive computing), and service science, management, and engineering (SSME). Additionally, IBM pays special attention to an array of focus areas.
Course Level: Fellowships are offered for pursuing PhD degree.

Eligibility: Students must be nominated by a doctoral faculty member and enrolled full-time in a college or university Ph.D. program. Outside of Europe and Russia, students must have completed at least one year of study in their doctoral program at the time of their nomination. Students from U.S. embargoed countries are not eligible for the program. Award Recipients will be selected based on their overall potential for research excellence, the degree to which their technical interests align with those of IBM, and their academic progress to-date, as evidenced by publications and endorsements from their faculty advisor and department head. While students may accept other supplemental fellowships, to be eligible for the IBM Ph.D. Fellowship Award they may not accept a major award in addition to the IBM Ph.D. Fellowship.

Mahesabu ya
Vyama vya siasa nchini yanapaswa kukaguliwa na Mdhibiti na Mkaguzi Mkuu
wa Mahesabu ya Serikali kwa mujibu wa Sheria tangu mwaka 2009. Tangu
mwaka huo Kamati ya PAC haijawahi kuona Taarifa ya CAG kuhusu ukaguzi wa
vyama vya siasa.
Kamati imemwita Msajili wa vyama ili kufafanua ni
kwa nini Vyama vya Siasa nchini havifuati sheria (vifungu vya sheria
vimeambatanishwa hapa chini). Uvunjifu huu wa Sheria ni wa makusudi au
wa kutokujua? Sheria inataka Mahesabu ya vyama yatangazwe kwa uwazi,
tena kwa Government Notice. Umewahi kuona? Tarehe 15 Oktoba, 2013 Kamati
ya PAC itatafuta majibu haya kutoka kwa Msajili na ikibidi vyama
vyenyewe. Tunataka uwazi wa matumizi ya Fedha za Umma.Vyama vya siasa
ndio vinaunda Serikali, uwazi unaanzia huko ili kuepuka fedha chafu kama
za EPA kuingia kuvuruga uchaguzi.
