Clarendon Scholarships for International Students at Oxford University in UK, 2014/15.
The Clarendon Fund offers over 100 full scholarships every year to
academically excellent graduate students from all around the world.
Clarendon Scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic excellence
and potential across all degree-bearing subjects at the graduate level
at the University of Oxford. The scholarships cover tuition and college
fees as well as a generous grant for living expenses. Application
deadline is 13th September 2013.
Study Subject(s): All
subjects can be funded by a Clarendon Scholarship. There is no quota by
subject or preference for any particular course type.
Course Level:
- All degree-bearing courses at the graduate level are eligible.
-This encompasses all full-time and part-time Master’s courses (MSt, MSc, BCL/MJur, MBA, MFE, MPhil, BPhil, MSc by Research, MTh, MPP) and all DPhil programmes. A list of all the graduate courses offered by the University of Oxford can be found on the Graduate Course Guide.
Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma courses are not eligible for this scholarship.

-Candidates applying to start a new graduate course at Oxford are eligible. This includes students who are currently studying for a Master’s degree at Oxford but who will be re-applying for a DPhil (you would be eligible for funding for the DPhil).
-Candidates who already have a place but who deferred entry from a previous year are not eligible to apply (as you can apply for Clarendon in the year that you applied for your place and then, if you are successful, you can apply to defer your funding if you need to defer your place).
-Students who will continue to study for the same degree at Oxford in the next year are not eligible for this scholarship.

2014/15 Chevening Scholarships for Postgraduate Students in UK.
Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and partner organisations offer
Chevening scholarships for masters students. The programme provides
full or part funding for full-time courses at postgraduate level,
normally a one-year Master’s degree in any subject and at any UK
university. Chevening scholarships cover tuition fees, a living
allowance at a set rate (for one individual), an economy class return
airfare to the UK and additional grants to cover essential
expenditure. Some Scholarships cover part of the cost of studying in the
UK; for example, tuition fees only or allowances only. The application
deadline varies from country to country.
Study Subject(s): Scholarships are provided to study any subject at any UK university.
Course Level: The programme provides full or part funding for full-time courses at postgraduate level, normally a one-year Master’s degree at any UK university.

-Have a minimum of two years’ work experience;
-Not be employees, relatives of employees, or former employees (who left within the past two years) of Her Majesty’s Government (including British Embassies and High Commissions), a partner (sponsor), a sponsoring UK university, or a staff member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities;
-Not have previously studied in the UK under a UK Government-funded scholarship;
-Not have dual British nationality (unless you are a Citizen of a British Overseas Territory).

ASF Scholarships for Dutch and International Students at Amsterdam University College in Netherlands, 2014.
Amsterdam University College is providing international scholarships
for Dutch and international students. There are two types of scholarships: full (EU
students: EUR 5000 per year Non-EU students: EUR 15,000 per year) or
partial (EU students: EUR 2500 per year Non-EU students: EUR 7500 per
year). An ASF Scholarship awardee must be fully admitted to the
Amsterdam University College. The ASF Scholarship cannot be transferred
to another academic year or another academic programme. Application should be
submitted till 1 November 2013 for a Spring semester 2014 start.
Study Subject(s): Scholarships are provided to study any one of the courses offered by Amsterdam University College in Netherlands.
Course Level: An ASF Scholarship awardee must be fully admitted to the Amsterdam University College.

Eligibility: ASF Scholarships will only be awarded to selected persons who meet the following requirements. Persons who fail to meet the following requirements cannot receive financial support.
-An ASF Scholarship awardee must be fully admitted to the Amsterdam University College. The ASF Scholarship cannot be transferred to another academic year or another academic programme.
-An ASF Scholarship awardee must have satisfied all visas and residence permit requirements, if applicable (see link below).
-An ASF Scholarship awardee must have proven both merit and financial need.
An ASF Scholarship awardee may not receive another full coverage scholarship for the same period of study as the ASF Scholarship. AUC must be notified (contact the AUC Scholarship Fund, see link below) if the student has been awarded another full scholarship, and which scholarship the student has decided to accept.
-An ASF Scholarship awardee may not also receive an ASF-DAP Award.
